Muenchener Hypothekenbank (MuHyp) has mandated joint leads for a 20 year Pfandbrief, the longest covered bond so far this year.
MuHyp mandated Credit Suisse, DZ Bank, Helaba, LBBW and UBS for a €500m no-grow 20 year mortgage Pfandbrief on Thursday. The deal will be rated Aaa by Moody's and is expected to be launched in the near future.
